Registration

Ack! I made a mistake with my registration, how do I fix it?

I’ve registered my family but, unfortunately, we need to cancel our reservation completely? How do I do that?

If I bring a guest and choose the registration option for “2 events”, what are my choices?

You can choose any 2 of the 3 evening events on offer: The Opening Reception, The Fiesta Night and/or the Awards Dinner

I have a special request to make, in terms of my registration. How should I proceed?

I have more than 5 registrations I need to make. Is there a way to submit bulk registrations?

Is the ‘Group Registration Template’ available for download?

Hotel

I plan on attending with my spouse and my child who is under 16. For the three of us, do I choose a Triple or Double hotel room?

Because your child is under the age of 16 there is no extra fee for him/her. Therefore you can select a double.

I have a special request to make, in terms of my hotel booking. How should I proceed

I plan on adding extra nights to my stay at the Town and Country, but the system is telling me there aren’t rooms at the conference rate available for some of those dates. What should I do?

Complete your registration with the dates that *are* available and then forward your registration confirmation to Francoise at aw-registration@icsevents.com, with your requested additional nights. We will do our best to accommodate special requests. Our current room block adds some extra rooms from the Friday before and to the Friday after the convention (April 19-27). Per the scope of the convention, we did not negotiate for rooms before or after that range. However, making your request early in the registration process will allow us to do our best to confirm your extended stay.
